A Bella Chic

My life has been very, very hectic lately (as you can tell from the radio silence here).

Work has been crazy. I’m lugging my heavy laptop everywhere, I’ll soon have biceps! On top of that, I’ve been working on something very exciting!

PRESENTING…
{a bella chic}

An online fashion business I’ve just started with two partners. We’re all shopaholics and shop online a lot so we just got the idea one day and everything fell in place.

We’ve been working very hard preparing for the launch, sourcing and meeting up with people. I’ve learnt a lot in the process and it’s very fulfilling :)

Our DEBUT COLLECTION features pretty floral dresses, work dresses, pinafore dresses and chic casual tops…

ABC Pinafore Skirt in Black ABC Dotty V-Necked Dress ABC Zippy Mini Dress in Black

Be our fan on Facebook or join our mailing list to get a free treatment worth S$170 from TOUCHE! ;)

Do check out the debut collection and even if you do not see any piece you like now, get yourself on the mailing list and we’ll send you updates on new arrivals.

Thanks for your support and have a great weekend!

Chilling out at NUSS

I spent this morning chilling out at NUSS Kent Ridge with Lips and my sisters :)

It was an awesome way to spend Sunday morning. We started out with an al fresco breakfast at Café on the Ridge. Then I whipped out my laptop to surf while Lips read case studies for next week’s class, and Bridget occupied herself with the iPad. Nana went for a swim and did her Math homework after.

Chillout at NUSS

We ordered desserts and coffee in-between and lunched at the same place before heading home for a nap.

What a relaxing and productive morning, I don’t mind doing it again!

Pub grub with ma bitches

Met up with the bitches to pass them some foodstuff and souvenirs I got (from Taipei and Hong Kong) last night.

Ushering the Rabbit

It’s a bit too late to write about it but thought I’d post some photos taken during Chinese New Year…

Something’s brewing

Sorry for the lack of updates! I’m more or less settled back into normal life after all that travelling and falling ill, heh. There’s only one more bag containing all my shopping from Taipei and Hong Kong – magazines, facial masks, clothes and accessories – which I have yet to unpack, but that needs a bit of work since I have to actually find space in my bursting wardrobe.

Will get round to doing the travelogue soon – I have 900+ photos from three different cameras to sort out!

There’s also something exciting brewing…

Partners In Crime

Check back again soon! :D

Fluey stomach

Less than a day after touching down from Hong Kong, I came down with stomach flu. Threw up the dinner I struggled for 20 minutes to swallow (damn) and subsequently, every medication/food/water I tried to take. Lips had to come whisk me to a 24-hour clinic for a jab before I could get some food in. Worst ever feeling.

It could be all the street food I so greedily ate in Taipei, or the heavy meals in Hong Kong. But thankfully, I’m much better now. Just feeling slightly queasy and drowsy from the meds but otherwise normal.

Be back with more interesting updates when I’m properly recovered.
