Out of the seven days of the Restaurant Week this year, we managed to eat out on four. That’s quite an achievement considering we made our bookings late. AMEX card holders had pre-booking privileges but Lips was too busy with school and missed it. By the time he logged on, the big names like Forlino, Garibaldi, Iggy’s, etc. were fully reserved.
Still, not complaining (especially since he made the bookings while I was in Taipei with the colleagues and I was so happy so see the confirmation e-mails coming in, never mind which restaurants) – it was a great week of stuffing! Every place we went to had impeccable service and yummy food :)
